I have international experience from two short-term projects in Kosovo – working for KOSVET IV, where the first mission was teaching and training in organic wild collection and rules of organic certification of wild collection of herbs, plants, fruits and berries. The second mission was development of a restaurant with particular focus on the menu as well as teaching in rules of hygiene and food safety.
These two missions has on-set an interest of the food production of Kosovo in relation to food safety and the obvious export potential of organic wild food products of Kosovo.
Therefore I am interested in - and capable of caring out missions related to these areas. E.g. task as;
Structured courses in hygiene and food safety – where the end objective is a knowledge and standart at the level of EU standart.
A complete and tayler made “road map” of the implementation and changes of work processes in relation to HACCP certification of the companies with an export potential.

LIOS is a consultant company owned by Lisbeth Østergaard, who has practical experience as well as a theoretical background in the line of business of organic products, foods, food safety and the processes of change.
Lisbeth Østergaard has experience in import of organic foods, the entire process of organic certification, quality security, sales & cooperation with the retail industry, project management, teaching and international experience as a short-term consultant for EU.
